With more than 25 years of executive-level management, operational and human resources experience, Kramer focuses on helping members of The Council grow their businesses through leadership development, management support and human resources initiatives. She directs The Council’s 501(c)3 educational foundation – The Foundation for Agency Management Excellence (FAME) – expanding its scholarship program and designing research projects to advance and improve agency management and education tools.
